Job Title: Project manager

Job Description :

  • Communicating with the client for high level requirement gathering
  • Driving the project kickoff meetings and client calls
  • Preparing standard project management documents like project charter and PM plans
  • Preparing project schedule using PM tools
  • Project resource management like task assignments and resource load balancing
  • Project task prioritization
  • Managing and mitigating the risks on the project
  • Drive the Project Management processes across the organization
  • Improve the Project Management processes
  • Facilitate the inter departmental communication

Required Skill Set

  • Hands on experience in using PM tools like – Jira or Rally,
  • MS-Office and MS-Projects is Must

Experience & Qualification

-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

-The person must have worked as a Sr.PM or managed project deliveries for min.4` years on US projects

-The person must have managed the team of around 20-30 people and multiple deliveries simultaneously

-Prior experience managing projects in a startup company is mandatory

-Experience in managing mobile application development and e-commerce projects would be an added advantage

-Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills

-PMP certification is a big plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
