Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and coordinate various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Duties

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to project management lifecycle principles.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Utilize project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project for effective tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions to define project needs and expectations.
  • Facilitate meetings to communicate project status, risks, and issues while promoting team collaboration.
  • Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during project phases.
  • Monitor project progress using earned value management techniques and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively to control costs while maximizing efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure quality management practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage in conflict management to resolve team disputes and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Oversee vendor management activities related to project deliverables.

Experience

  • Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of PMBOK principles.
  • Demonstrated ability in program development and program management across various sectors.
  • Experience with business process modeling, process mapping, and requirements analysis.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure projects is preferred; experience in IT project management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis skills for informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and supervision of cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of budgeting practices, risk management strategies, and cost control measures is essential.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow is advantageous.
