Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Hybrid with in-office presence as required; interviews conducted at Pune office)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing project pipelines, ensuring seamless client communication, and contributing to our video production and graphic design pipelines. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of client needs, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding their requirements, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end project pipeline for video production and graphic design initiatives, from conception through delivery.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Video Production Support: Coordinate various aspects of video production projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and content review.
  • Graphic Design Support: Assist in the coordination of graphic design projects, ensuring brand guidelines are met and creative visions are realized.
  • Reporting: Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in a Project Coordinator, Senior Coordinator, or similar role.
  • "Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated expertise in client handling and client servicing, with a focus on building people management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with video production pipelines and workflows.
  • Familiarity with graphic design processes and project coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
