Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with extensive experience in digital advertising sales, particularly in guest posts, native ads, and sponsored content. You should have an existing client network, warm leads, and a proven record of achieving sales targets in the digital media space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end digital ad sales process, from prospecting to deal closure
  • Leverage your existing leads and professional network to generate new business
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and media partners
  • Collaborate with management to identify new opportunities and develop revenue strategies
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Advertising or Digital Media Sales
  • Strong understanding of Content Marketing, Native Advertising, or SEO-related campaigns
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • With 3+ years experience leading a sales team
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Must be willing to work on-site at the Sampaloc, Manila office (Monday to Friday)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 50,000/month
  • Commission: Competitive performance-based incentives
  • Schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
