A Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth, manage and motivate a sales team, and achieve sales targets within a specific geographic zone. Key responsibilities include setting sales goals, analyzing market trends, building client relationships, overseeing channel partners, and reporting performance to senior management. Key responsibilities

  • Sales strategy and planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, set targets, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth within the assigned zone.
  • Team management and development: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, including setting performance expectations, conducting reviews, and providing coaching and support.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics against budgets, prepare sales reports, and provide forecasts to senior management.
  • Client and stakeholder relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Channel and partner management: Plan and manage the dealership network, including appointing new dealers, monitoring their performance, and ensuring they have the right resources.
  • Market analysis and competition: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to devise strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
