Regional Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities :-
- Support in Development and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities with architects, builders, hotels, and HNIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, dealers, hotels, and HNIs in the region.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Manage and lead the sales team in the region, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high conversion & sales targets are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region and provide feedback to the relevant departments.
- Manage the budget for the region, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the region and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
- Continuously improve self-sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
- Minimum of 7- 15 years of experience in facades or related building materials, exteriors.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with architects, builders, hotels, or HNIs is a plus.
