You will be responsible for B2C Project Sales for the Facade vertical of the company Focus on building and maintaining relationships with architects, dealers, hotels, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to generate new business opportunities and achieve revenue goals.

Role & responsibilities :-
  • Support in Development and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities with architects, builders, hotels, and HNIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, dealers, hotels, and HNIs in the region.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Manage and lead the sales team in the region, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high conversion & sales targets are met.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region and provide feedback to the relevant departments.
  • Manage the budget for the region, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the region and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Continuously improve self-sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
Candidate profile :
  • Minimum of 7- 15 years of experience in facades or related building materials, exteriors.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with architects, builders, hotels, or HNIs is a plus.
