Amazon Advertisement Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Ads Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon advertising campaigns and drive profitable sales growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, and optimizing campaigns to achieve high ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
 - Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
 - Monitor and analyze ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to optimize profitability.
 - Create and manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
 - Develop and implement strategies for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand campaigns.
 - Regularly generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
 - Stay updated with Amazon Advertising policies, new features, and marketplace trends.
 - Collaborate with the sales, operations, and content teams to ensure campaign success.
 
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in Amazon Ads / Amazon PPC campaign management.
 - Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central.
 - Proficiency in keyword research tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and ad analytics dashboards.
 - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
 - Excellent communication and reporting skills.
 - Prior experience with Amazon DSP (preferred but not mandatory).
 
Nice to Have
- Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon tools.
 - Knowledge of SEO and listing optimization.
 - Background in e-commerce growth strategy.
