About the Role:

 

Trainee Junior specialist - eDS is responsible to ensure the format and submission-readiness validation of all documents that need to be prepared in the electronic Document Management System (eDMS) such as clinical documents, CTD, PSMF, etc. Perform compilation/publishing of documents and implement navigation required to submit dossiers to Health Authorities. The eDS works in close collaboration with the Opella teams responsible for the operational delivery of the documents.

Main responsibilities:

 

·       Document Preparation: Help format and organize clinical and regulatory documents using tools like Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.

·       Team Collaboration: Work closely with medical writers, regulatory teams, and other departments to ensure documents are complete and accurate.

·       Support Submissions: Assist in compiling documents into submission packages and ensure they meet required standards.

·       Learn and Grow: Get trained on Opella's systems and tools and gradually take on more responsibilities in document management and project coordination.

About you:

 

·       Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biotechnology, etc.)

·       Skills:

·       Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat

·       Good communication and teamwork skills

·       Willingness to learn new tools and processes

·       Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
