About the Role:

As a Trainee Junior Specialist - Global Regulatory Continuous Improvement, you will support the global regulatory team in tracking and analyzing performance indicators that help improve regulatory operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a pharmaceutical background who is eager to learn about regulatory compliance, data analysis, and continuous improvement in a global healthcare setting.

What You'll Do:

 ·       Performance Monitoring: Assist in collecting and organizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Compliance Indicators (KCIs) across global, regional, and country teams.

·       Data Analysis Support: Help analyze regulatory data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

·       Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives that enhance regulatory workflows and operational efficiency.

·       Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Quality to support performance tracking.

·       Reporting: Help prepare dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.

·       Training Support: Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating sessions to improve team performance.

What You'll Learn:

·       Basics of GxP regulations and global compliance standards

·       How KPIs and KCIs are used to measure regulatory performance

·       Tools and systems used in regulatory documentation and reporting

·       How global teams collaborate to ensure regulatory excellence

What We're Looking For:

·       Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biotechnology, etc.)

·       Skills:

·       Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

·       Strong analytical and communication skills

·       Interest in regulatory affairs and data-driven decision-making

·       Willingness to learn and work in a global, multicultural environment

·       Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
