Role Purpose: Successfully drive Services engagements to completion

Qualifications:

· Engineer in Informatics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Industrial or any other related discipline. Also Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sciences (Biology, Chemistry) or related life science discipline

· At least 4 years of relevant experience managing projects involving complex enterprise application deployments from inception through completion preferably to life science customers

· Working experience in Analytics tools like Spotfire

Special Skills & Knowledge:

· Understanding of the software development and release life cycle

· Technical proficiency with general business applications

Key Competencies:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Good requirements analysis & documentation experience

· Problem solving and analytical capabilities; ability to deal with and resolve conflicts

· Planning, prioritizing and reporting

· Attention to detail and a concern for quality

Strategic:

· Become a trusted advisor to customers

· Identify customer needs, propose solutions, and assist in business development activities

· Improve processes, ensure compliance & drive improvements, as needed

· Create, maintain and assume accountability for a culture of high customer service

Operational:

· Create, execute and track project work plans with a focus on timely completion & risk mitigation

· Create, distribute, revise and keep all project documents up-to-date

· Deliver engaging, informative and well-organized presentations, as needed

· Establish and manage effective internal/external communication plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
