Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Consultant located in Kochi. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for creating and managing personalized travel itineraries, providing guided tours, and ensuring exceptional customer service. They will also consult clients on travel options and assist in bookings, while liaising with local tour operators and service providers to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

  • Possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel & Tourism
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in conducting Guided Tours
  • Ability to manage and tailor travel itineraries based on client needs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of Indian cultural heritage and tourism destinations is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field is preferred
