Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused
Travel Sales Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and selling tour packages, handling client queries, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages to clients.
  • Understand customer preferences and design customized travel itineraries.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Provide detailed information on travel destinations, costs, accommodations, transport, and activities.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely bookings and confirmations.
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with travel trends, new destinations, and seasonal packages.

Requirements:

  • Any Degree
  • Proven experience in travel sales, tour coordination, or customer service in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems is an added advantage.
  • Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations worldwide.
