Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Kochi. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling travel packages, planning travel itineraries, consulting with clients, and providing exceptional customer support. The role involves identifying client needs and preferences, recommending travel options, booking flights, hotels, and other travel services, and handling inquiries and complaints professionally.

Qualifications

  • Experience in travel sales, itinerary planning, and customer consultation
  • Strong customer support and client communication skills
  • Knowledge of travel and tourism industry, including travel documentation and booking systems
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Kochi
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the travel industry or related field is a plus
