Job Summary:

As a Travel Consultant, you will help clients plan and book their travel arrangements, offering personalized recommendations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences and needs.
  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgets.
  • Design and customize independent travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Book flights, hotels, and other travel services.
  • Provide support and resolve any issues that arise during travel.
  • Stay informed about travel trends and regulations.
  • 1 year experience with good knowledge about east and Island destinations( Malidives,Mauritius&Seychelles)

Qualifications:

  • degree in tourism or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in travel planning or customer service preferred.
  • 1 year experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experienced (1+ yrs experience)

1-3 yrs experience in travel and tourism

Strong communication skills - English(multi-lingual is a plus)

Knowledge of Far east, Island destinations - Europe is plus

Customer centric approach

Basic proficiency in Microsoft office

Time management skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
