Job Purpose
The PMS Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining the company's
Performance Management System (PMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
. This role ensures that all performance metrics and operational processes are clear, standardized, and aligned with company goals. The specialist helps create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through structured frameworks and accurate documentation.
Job Duties
Performance Management System (PMS)
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance the PMS framework.
- Coordinate with departments to define measurable KRAs and KPIs.
- Facilitate mid-year and annual appraisal cycles.
- Analyze data to identify performance trends and skill gaps.
- Generate performance dashboards and submit insights to management.
- Support automation of KPI tracking through Google Sheets or HRMS tools.
- Ensure PMS compliance and train employees on system usage.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Collaborate with departments to identify and document process workflows.
- Create standardized SOP templates and maintain version control.
- Review and update existing SOPs for clarity and operational efficiency.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to approved procedures.
- Manage a central digital repository for all SOP documents.
- Organize training for employees on SOP compliance.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with department heads for KPI alignment and process documentation.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly PMS and SOP reports.
- Support HR digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
