Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage PMS structure with defined KRAs/KPIs
  • Facilitate appraisal cycles and performance dashboards
  • Collaborate on SOP creation and process documentation
  • Support HR automation and AI-driven performance tracking
  • Ensure compliance, audits, and continuous process improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in HR/Business Administration; MBA preferred
  • 3–8 years in PMS or HR Process Management
  • Expertise in Google Workspace & HRMS
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Exposure to automation or AI-integrated HR systems
