Territory Manager

The Front-Level Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing channel partners, executing brand-building activities, and supporting digital and promotional initiatives in the assigned territory. This role is critical in driving business growth and strengthening our presence in the market.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets for assigned territory
Drive volume growth across product categories — eg. I-UPS , inverter, and industrial batteries , Solar product ranges etc.
Develop and manage the dealer and distributor network to ensure market coverage and product availability
Identify potential B2B channel partners and recommend appointments where required to drive primary & secondary
Conduct regular business/client visits to track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, market feedback, and competitor activity updates
Soft Skills :
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Qualifications :
Electrical Engineering Domain ( Degree preferred ) Diploma will be considered.
4+ years of experience in sales and channel management/B2B, preferably in [FMCG/Automotive components/Lubricants/Consumer Durables].
Experience preferred in the battery manufacturing or related industries, developing and implementing strategies for business growth, managing teams, and achieving revenue targets
