As we expand our presence, we are looking for a Territory Manager to join our dynamic team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, based oit of Delhi NCR. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including building and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales growth, managing customer inquiries, providing training to clients, and overseeing sales operations within the assigned territory. The role requires frequent communication with stakeholders, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsProven experience in Sales and Sales ManagementAbility to provide effective training and support to clientsExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyExperience in the medical technology industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldLocation: Delhi NCRExperience: 1–4 years in Healthcare/Pharma/Medical Devices SalesQualification: Graduate in Science / Biomedical Engineering (preferred)What you'll do:Drive sales of innovative diagnostic technologies and maintain sales funnel for business reviews.Build strong relationships with gastroenterologists, distribution partners and healthcare providersLead customer engagement, product demos, and field activitiesTravel extensively across your territory to achieve growth targets >50%What we're looking for:Self-driven professional with excellent communication & presentation skillsPrior gastroenterology experience (preferred)A well-groomed personality with strong interpersonal skillsWhy Aloft MedTech?Join a forward-looking healthcare company where innovation meets impact.
