Job Description: Territory Manager – Sales (Delhi & NCR)

Territory Manager – Sales

Location:
Delhi & National Capital Region (NCR)

Experience Required:
3-4 years in sales, preferably in hygiene / FMCG / medical / similar products

Key Responsibilities

·      Own the sales performance for the assigned territory (Delhi & NCR). Achieve or exceed monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets.

·      Develop, implement, and monitor a territory sales plan: identifying high-potential accounts, distribution channels, and growth opportunities.

·      Generate new business by identifying, approaching, and winning key accounts (hospitals, clinics, government tenders, institutions, commercial businesses, etc.).

·      Maintain and grow existing customer base: build strong relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints / feedback.

·      Manage and expand distributor / dealer network in the territory: recruit, train, and support channel partners.

·      Plan and execute promotional & marketing activities in the territory: trade promotions, events, local marketing, product demos.

·      Provide accurate sales forecasts and territory reviews: analyze sales data, competitor activity, market trends, and adjust strategy accordingly.

·      Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, operations, marketing, finance) to ensure product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and after‐sales support.

·      Monitor competitor products, pricing, and activities, and suggest strategic responses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

· years of proven experience in sales / territory management, preferably in hygiene products, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or medical supplies.

·      Strong knowledge of Delhi & NCR market: channels, customer base, competition.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·      Ability to work independently, travel frequently within the territory, and manage time/processes efficiently.

·      Good analytical skills and comfort with data: setting targets, tracking metrics, reporting results.

·      Strong interpersonal skills: ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and internal teams.

·      Results‐oriented, proactive, with problem-solving mindset.
