Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager based in New Delhi. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within their assigned region, developing strategies to achieve regional sales goals, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and providing detailed sales reports. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and business development
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Data analysis and reporting skills to monitor and drive sales performance
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
