Role Overview: You will be joining Applied Medical, a reputable medical device company known for its commitment to innovation and high-quality products. As a Territory Manager, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide exceptional support and service, and meet or exceed quota expectations. You will work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and dealers to promote a wide range of products within your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct appointments with surgeons and hospital staff to showcase products - Manage the full range of products in your territory and major accounts - Organize presentations and workshops for medical professionals - Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and major accounts - Collaborate with colleagues to provide top-level support to major accounts - Manage contracts, pricing, orders, and customer issues - Stay updated on the latest clinical data and market trends - Develop sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager - Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly - Plan and execute effective business plans for sales in your area Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent education - Minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical device sales, clinical development, or marketing - Proficiency in MS Office and Windows-based applications Additional Details: Applied Medical is dedicated to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to ensure they can perform essential job functions.
