Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience:
    5–10 years of experience in
    business development or B2B sales
    within a
    service-based IT, software, or digital solutions
    company.
  • Proven Track Record:
    Demonstrable success in closing medium to large-scale Indian projects (B2B or institutional).
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Deep understanding of project-based sales cycles, outsourcing models, and solution-driven engagements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent
    communication skills
    in
    English and Hindi
    , along with fluency in at least one regional language (e.g., Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, or Telugu).
  • Strong
    presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities
    .
  • Ability to
    travel frequently
    across cities for client meetings and industry events.
  • High level of
    self-motivation, accountability, and target orientation
    .
  • Proficiency in
    CRM platforms
    (e.g., HubSpot) and
    Microsoft Office tools
    .
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with CXOs, procurement heads, and decision-makers.
