About the Role-

We are looking for a seasoned and well-networked business development professional with deep experience in International Education Sector. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, a strategic thinker, and a growth driver who can lead A&G's client acquisition and partnership strategy with educational institutions, and government bodies-both in India and globally

Key Responsibilities -

  • Drive new business opportunities with international universities, education bodies, corporate and government stakeholders
  • Identify, build and manage strategic partnerships to expand A&G's footprint across South Asia and globally.
  • Lead the client acquisition strategy and actively pitch A&G's services to senior leaders and decisions-makers
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
  • Develop a strong B2B sales funnel and consistently meet growth and revenue targets
  • Build and mentor a high performing business development team

Skills & Experience -

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, client relations, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the international education, detect or travel services industry.
  • Strong network within the education sector- especially universities in Australia, UK, USA, Canada, Europe or Asia
  • Exceptional communications, negotiations and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of acquiring high-value clients and scaling B2B operations
  • Strategic thinker with growth-oriented mindset
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
