Location: Noida
Budget: Up to ₹20 LPA
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Head (B2B) with strong expertise in Cable Sales (HT/LT/Power Cables) to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand market presence across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead B2B sales operations for HT/LT power cables across industrial and infrastructure sectors.
* Develop and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) and growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
* Manage key accounts, channel partners, and distributors to strengthen market penetration.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive market development initiatives.
* Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and demand management.
* Lead and mentor regional sales teams for target achievement.
* Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance brand positioning and customer satisfaction.
