
Sales Development Representative

We're looking for proactive and ambitious Inside Sales Executives to join our Sales team. In this role, you'll focus on outbound lead generation, early-stage qualification, and setting up meetings with prospective clients. This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals who want to build a career in B2B analytics sales and establish a strong international network.________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through outbound prospecting: cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedInResearch target companies and identify key decision-makers as per Decision-Tree's ICPAssess fit through discovery conversations to understand the prospect's goals, challenges, and buying readiness
Schedule meetings and handoff qualified leads to senior sales team
Maintain clean and updated records in the CRMEnsure timely follow-ups, and maintain a clean, prioritized pipeline
Continuously learn about our service offerings and market positioning________________________________Eligibility Criteria3-4 years of inside sales experience (ideally in professional services/analytics/consulting)Excellent communication skills (spoken written)Ability to handle rejections and high-volume outreach
Prior experience working in a target-driven sales environment
Bachelor's degree (preferred: English, Mass Communication, PR, Journalism)Willing to relocate to Gurgaon, if not already based here________________________________Preferred TraitsProactive, self-motivated, and coachable
High energy and resilience under pressure
Comfortable thinking on your feet during prospect conversations
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (HubSpot/Salesforce/etc.)
