Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell mutual fund products to retail and corporate clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing investors and acquire new clients.
  • Explain mutual fund schemes, NAV performance, SIP/STP/SWP options, and other investment products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for mutual fund investments.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, references, and client meetings.
  • Provide post-sales services and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, KYC, and transaction processing.
  • Stay updated on market trends, mutual fund regulations, and AMFI guidelines.
  • Participate in investor awareness programs and marketing campaigns.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of mutual funds, investment products, and financial markets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial planning and risk profiling.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • AMFI/NISM V-A certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • MBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred.
