Role Description
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into qualified opportunities. This role involves interacting with potential customers over phone, email, and online platforms to promote the company's products/services, understand customer needs, and close sales deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers based on predefined criteria.
- Present and explain product/service features to prospects and handle objections effectively.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and customer information.
- Follow up regularly with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to align strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Lead Generation (B2B or B2C).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite / Google Workspace
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer journey.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of qualified leads generated per month.
- Conversion rate from lead to opportunity.
- Revenue contribution from inside sales.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
