Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities of the Job:
- Business Acquisition: You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to business owners, engaging in meaningful conversations, and showcasing our products and services to drive B2B sales growth.
- Customer Engagement: Communicate with potential and existing customers, introducing them to our range of offerings, and persuasively closing sales to meet targets.
- End-to-End Sales Generation: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from initial contact to finalizing the deal, ensuring achievement of assigned targets.
- Daily Outreach: Make an impact by making 150 to 200 well-prepared and effective calls per day, in alignment with your assigned targets.
- Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently in the preferred language of the customer, building rapport and trust through effective linguistic connection.
- Needs Analysis: Skillfully inquire about customer needs and requirements, tailoring your approach to address their unique challenges and sealing the deal.
- A graduate or master's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of prior experience in Inside Sales or Business Development.
Key Set of Skills / Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in tele sales, showcasing strong sales acumen.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Malayalam or Tamil is essential.
