Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role located in Agra. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company's software solutions and services. Key responsibilities also include conducting product demonstrations, delivering excellent post-sales support, and meeting or surpassing sales targets. The candidate will actively gather market and customer insights to contribute to the organization's growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Sales acumen and an ability to identify potential business opportunities
  • Experience in client relationship management and delivering excellent customer service
  • Basic understanding of software solutions and IT-related products
  • Proficiency in presenting and explaining technical solutions in a clear, customer-friendly manner
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or a related role is an advantage
