Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through various channels including digital platforms, brokers, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and project features.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, price quotations, and payment plans.
  • Convert potential leads into confirmed bookings and close sales within deadlines.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients for documentation and post-sale support.
  • Ensure proper documentation and coordination with CRM and legal teams.
  • Provide periodic reports to the management on sales performance and market feedback.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Confident in conducting meetings and presentations.
  • Professional attitude with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with local property laws and RERA guidelines is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional language is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable with fieldwork and conducting client site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
