Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing & CRM Specialist to lead paid campaigns, newsletters, and creative execution across multiple accounts. This is not an entry-level role — you'll be responsible for managing budgets, creating high-performing ads, and reporting directly on measurable ROI.
The role covers paid search, paid social, CRM/newsletters, and creative design. You'll manage campaigns from start to finish, take ownership of results, and work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure alignment. Travel will be the main industry focus, alongside a mix of other accounts. We're looking for someone proactive, data-driven, and creative, who thrives on independence but can collaborate effectively within a team.
key responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise PPC and paid social campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Take full ownership of campaign budgets: allocate spend, monitor pacing, reduce costs, and maximize ROI. Design and write ad creatives and copy across platforms. Lead CRM and newsletter activity via Mailchimp: content planning, automation, testing, and reporting.
- Track, analyze, and report weekly on campaign performance with actionable insights. Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, UTMs, and dashboards. Use data to identify audience insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align campaigns with strategy. Support SEO initiatives and understand how paid and organic efforts complement one another. Proactively suggest and implement new processes, tools, or strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in performance marketing
Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Google Sheets (advanced functions, reporting, budget tracking), Mailchimp (CRM & newsletters). Strong copywriting and creative design skills, with hands-on ability in Canva, Figma, or Adobe. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Ability to manage multiple accounts across industries. Proactive, independent, and confident in making decisions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data and insights clearly. Collaborative and comfortable working with a team on wider campaigns.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant PPC certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification) are highly desirable.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and results.
Nice to have:
- Agency background or experience with multiple clients.
- Travel industry marketing experience.
- Knowledge of automation workflows and customer journey mapping.
