Palmonas is looking for an experienced and goal-driven( Performance Marketer to lead the company’s D to C Growth through paid ads and organic media and oversee the execution of effective sales and marketing strategies.

**As the Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, developing growth strategic plans, and ensuring the successful completion of our short
- and long-term development goals**. You will also be expected to support and coordinate collaborations across relevant departments when executing different marketing, sales, and general business development activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the development and implementation of strategic growth plans (growth business initiatives and supporting marketing strategies)
- Drive appropriate market research to support business development initiatives
- Lead, coordinate, and provide strategic support to cross-functional teams in executing growth plans
- Develop departmental budgets to support the company’s growth initiatives and oversee the expenditure of funds
- Evaluate crucial analytical data related to the growth of the business and marketing campaign performance
- Prepare presentations and improvement suggestions for meetings with department heads
- Develop, implement, and monitor initiatives focused on increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction to protect and grow our revenue stream
- Support the development and release of new product lines

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Marketing or an MBA
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in Marketing, retention marketing, meta, google ads, and Business Development
- At least 2 years of experience as a performance marketer
- Proven history of identifying growth-enabling initiatives and opportunities, preferably in the [E-commerce]
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to operate in a high-speed, dynamic environment
- Excellent strategic, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: ₹50000 - ₹60000 per month
