Performance Marketing

Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across various channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy. - Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging ad copies, graphics, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.- Perform A/B testing to evaluate and optimize campaign elements such as ad copies, headlines, and landing pages.- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field.- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
