Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position, perfect for females from B schools with a fresher mindset and 1 to 3 years of work experience. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to our executives and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in calendar management tools for scheduling and managing appointments efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in the advanced Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating and managing documents. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience with travel coordination platforms to organize and manage travel plans effectively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Familiarity with project management software to track project progress and manage tasks collaboratively.
  • Strong corporate email communication skills to professionally handle internal and external correspondences.
  • Competence in data entry and analysis to maintain accurate records and provide insightful reports.
  • Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion and maintain high levels of privacy and trustworthiness.
  • Experience with event planning software to organize and execute corporate events skillfully.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage and organize executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication and coordinate activities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support event planning and execution, including logistics, coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Perform data entry and basic analysis to support decision-making and business operations.
  • Assist in managing and documenting projects, tracking progress, and reporting on outcomes.
