Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive
to join our growing team. The role requires a self-motivated individual who can plan and execute marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, manage digital and on-ground activities, and support the growth of our brands —
SketchUp
,
ZWSOFT
, and
Bentley
— across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote SketchUp, ZWSOFT, and Bentley software solutions.
  • Support product launches, webinars, roadshows, workshops, and partner events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners for marketing-driven lead generation activities.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Manage digital presence through social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Ability to execute paid campaigns, SEO, and analytics tracking.
  • Create and monitor performance reports for ongoing digital initiatives.

3. Content & Collateral

  • Develop marketing materials — brochures, presentations, mailers, case studies, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to create engaging content highlighting product benefits, customer success stories, and use cases.

4. Partner & Event Marketing

  • Support channel partners with co-branded marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute customer engagement events like Workshops, webinars & exhibitions.
  • Handle event logistics, branding, and post-event marketing follow-up.

5. Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Suggest strategies for brand positioning and lead generation based on market intelligence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing (experience in software or tech industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Creative thinking with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for events and partner activities across India.
