We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Indirect Procurement Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement processes, particularly in managing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with MS Excel and P2P tools, with SAP knowledge being a plus. A background in the retail industry is preferred.

Job Description

Accounts Payable Specialist

1. RFI, RFQ & RFP Management

  • Assist in preparing, issuing, and managing Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Proposal (RFP) to suppliers.
  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate vendor responses, creating pre-bid and post-bid comparison reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Ensure all RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.

2. Supplier & Vendor Coordination

  • Identify, evaluate, and shortlist potential vendors based on sourcing needs.
  • Maintain and update an organized supplier database with key contact details, pricing, and contract information.
  • Support the supplier pre-qualification and onboarding processes.
  • Assist in vendor negotiations and drafting contract terms.
  • Continuously explore and identify new suppliers to enhance procurement options.

3. Procurement Documentation & Compliance

  • Draft, organize, and maintain procurement documentation, including bid evaluations, approvals, and supplier performance records.
  • Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements.

Track and manage contract renewals, extensions, and performance metrics.

Strong negotiation skills

Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tools

Advanced MS Excel skills

SAP (preferred)

Procurement experience in the retail industry
