**1. Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Procurement Executive** with 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry and hands-on expertise in **SAP MM (Materials Management)**. The role involves managing procurement operations across multiple project sites, ensuring timely sourcing of high-quality materials, negotiating with vendors, and supporting project timelines through effective supply chain and inventory management.

**2. Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage the complete procurement cycle, from vendor selection to delivery.
- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and tools.
- Obtain and assess quotations based on price, quality, delivery, and payment terms.
- Negotiate contracts and build long-term vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and stores to align material requirements.
- Ensure timely material delivery to project sites.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation including purchase orders, contracts, GRNs, and invoices.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the stores team to manage stock efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry standards.
- Generate and manage procurement reports using **SAP MM module**.

**3. Skills**

**Required**:

- In-depth knowledge of construction materials and supply chain processes.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
- Proficiency in **SAP MM (Materials Management)** and ERP tools.
- Good grasp of procurement documentation and commercial terms.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction procurement.
- Familiarity with logistics, taxation, and statutory procurement compliance.
- Strategic thinking for cost-saving through vendor consolidation and bulk buying.

**4. Qualifications**
- Any Graduate Degree (mandatory).
- PG Diploma in Materials Management or MBA (preferred).
- 5-7 years of relevant procurement experience in the construction sector.
- **SAP MM certification or proven working knowledge is required.**

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
