**Job Description: Procurement Executive**

**Position**: Procurement Executive
**Location**: Annasalai, Chennai
**Reporting To**: Procurement Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Operations**:

- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality goods at the most competitive prices.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain a database of approved vendors and ensure regular communication.
- **Negotiation and Cost Optimization**:

- Negotiate effectively with vendors to achieve the best pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and maintain procurement-related documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines in procurement processes.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on market trends, new products, and potential suppliers.
- Conduct periodic analysis to evaluate procurement efficiency.
- **Communication**:

- Effectively communicate in Hindi and English to manage negotiations and vendor interactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to track stock movements and minimize shortages.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of procurement software and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹21,000.91 - ₹25,000.97 per month
