**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and quotations for raw materials, packaging, and services.
- Raise purchase orders and ensure timely procurement in line with production and operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for timely payments and invoice clearances.
- Ensure quality standards and delivery timelines are met as per requirement.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure long-term supply stability.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and manufacturing teams for inventory planning.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to get the best value.
- Track and manage procurement budgets and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support internal teams like admin, HR, and manufacturing with miscellaneous purchase requirements.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and procurement software/tools
- Good analytical and documentation skills
- Time management and attention to detail
- Familiarity with local vendors and logistics coordination
- **Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles
- Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG industry is preferred

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel locally for vendor meetings and purchase pickups when required
- Ability to handle multiple purchase requests across departments
- **Hindi speaking is mandatory** due to vendor communication needs

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
