**Summary**:
As an Procurement Executive at Gainwell, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and compliant procurement operations. You will manage validation and creation of Worker Profile (credential) records for both T&M and Fixed Fee SOW Contractors. While performing this role, you are required to identify gaps and escalate, provide simple solutions to the problem to excel in the role.

**Your role in our mission**:

- Handling SAP Fieldglass operations, including onboarding/offboarding, approvals, deliverables, and invoice tracking, etc
- Working across multiple Fieldglass modules (Contingent, Services, Worker Profile) and supporting the contract lifecycle
- Collaborating with sourcing, project, and category teams on worker profile creation, work order creation and execution
- Validate the data received from the business owners in on-boarding contractors
- Process the clean requests in a timely manner so that the metrics are met always - TAT & Accuracy
- Question the business owners about the cleanliness of the data they provide and educate/train them on the required process for future requests submissions
- Ensuring timely coordination with suppliers, finance, and receiving teams to drive seamless procurement activities.

**What we're looking for**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- ** 1 to 3 years’ experience in any procurement related activities,** and added advantage for SAP Fieldglass experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and outcome-focused professionals with strong follow-through skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- ** Need to be flexible and ready to work US time zone shifts (5 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST or 6 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST)**. No rotational shifts in place
