- **About the role**_

As a Purchase Executive is responsible for procuring goods and services for an organization, ensuring that the company receives the best value for its money. This role involves negotiating with suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on factors like quality, price, and delivery time.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favourable deals.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure their performance meets company standards.
- Process purchase requests and create purchase orders.
- Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the procurement process
- Negotiate price reductions with suppliers.
- Implement cost-saving strategies, such as bulk buying or alternative sourcing
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma / BE in Mechanical.
- 4 -10 years of experience in procurement

**Skills& Competencies**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- knowledge of procurement and supply chain management principles
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
