Responsibilities - Oversee procurement processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards. - Implement SAP SCM Transportation Management solutions to optimize transportation planning. - Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to align procurement strategies with financial goals. - Manage indirect procurement activities to support various departments within the organization. - Facilitate direct procurement operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance procure-to-pay processes. - Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings. - Develop strategies to improve supplier relationships and performance. - Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures across all departments. - Provide training and support to team members on procurement best practices. - Monitor market trends to anticipate changes in supply chain dynamics. - Evaluate and select vendors based on quality cost and reliability. - Prepare reports on procurement activities for management review. Qualifications - Demonstrate proficiency in SAP SCM Transportation Management and SAP TM-Transportation Planning. - Possess strong knowledge of indirect and direct procurement processes. - Exhibit expertise in finance and accounting principles related to procurement. - Showcase ability to manage procure-to-pay cycles effectively. - Display excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken. - Have experience working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. - Show capability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
