Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a TM-Procurement specialist where you will leverage your expertise in SAP SCM Transportation Management and SAP TM-Transportation Planning. Responsibilities

  • Oversee procurement processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Implement SAP SCM Transportation Management solutions to optimize transportation planning.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to align procurement strategies with financial goals.
  • Manage indirect procurement activities to support various departments within the organization.
  • Facilitate direct procurement operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance procure-to-pay processes.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Develop strategies to improve supplier relationships and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures across all departments.
  • Provide training and support to team members on procurement best practices.
  • Monitor market trends to anticipate changes in supply chain dynamics.
  • Evaluate and select vendors based on quality cost and reliability.
  • Prepare reports on procurement activities for management review.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in SAP SCM Transportation Management and SAP TM-Transportation Planning.
  • Possess strong knowledge of indirect and direct procurement processes.
  • Exhibit expertise in finance and accounting principles related to procurement.
  • Showcase ability to manage procure-to-pay cycles effectively.
  • Display excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.
  • Show capability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
