**Role Overview**:**1. RFI, RFQ & RFP Management**
- Assist in preparing, issuing, and managing **Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Proposal (RFP)** to suppliers.
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate vendor responses, creating **pre-bid and post-bid comparison reports**.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Ensure all RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs comply with **company policies, industry standards, and regulations**.

**2. Supplier & Vendor Coordination**
- Identify, evaluate, and shortlist potential **vendors** based on sourcing needs.
- Maintain and update an **organized supplier database** with key contact details, pricing, and contract information.
- Support the **supplier pre-qualification and onboarding** processes.
- Assist in **vendor negotiations** and drafting contract terms.
- Continuously explore and identify **new suppliers** to enhance procurement options.

**3. Procurement Documentation & Compliance**
- Draft, organize, and maintain procurement documentation, including **bid evaluations, approvals, and supplier performance records**.
- Ensure adherence to **internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements**.
Track and manage **contract renewals, extensions, and performance metrics**.**Desired Qualifications**:
**Hands-on experience in**procurement processes and tools**, especially in**purchase order (PO) management**.**

**Proficiency in**Microsoft Excel** (advanced skills preferred).**

**Familiarity with**SAP and other procurement systems** is an advantage.**

**Prior experience in the**retail industry** is highly desirable.**

**Strong**communication and interpersonal skills** to engage with stakeholders at all levels.**

**Ability to**multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment**.**
