About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth and engaging transition for new hires into our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process, acting as the primary point of contact for new employees, and ensuring they feel supported and prepared to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize employees with company policies, culture, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR, and IT teams to ensure a seamless first-day experience.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records in HRMS and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
  • Handle onboarding queries from new hires and provide timely resolutions.
  • Monitor and improve the onboarding experience based on feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR onboarding, recruitment coordination, or employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
