Technical Onboarding SpecialistThe role of the Technical Onboarding Specialist is to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers by providing guidance and support in data integration, ETL/ELT operations, and technical configurations. This includes assisting customers with migrating data through ETL/ELT pipelines while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.This specialist will also perform SQL queries and database operations to validate, transform, and troubleshoot customer data, utilizing advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills for data manipulation, validation, and reporting. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding experiences and provide technical support and guidance on data-related challenges during onboarding.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer onboarding sessions to ensure smooth product adoption and integration.
  • Assist customers in migrating data through ETL/ELT pipelines while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform SQL queries and database operations to validate, transform, and troubleshoot customer data.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills for data manipulation, validation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding experiences.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on data-related challenges during onboarding.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, data operations, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and data transformation methodologies.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
  • Scripting expertise (preferably in Python, Shell, or other relevant languages) is highly preferred.
