We're looking for a SaaS Content Strategist who thinks like a product marketer and writes like a demand-gen expert. This role is perfect for someone who blends search performance, buyer psychology, and product storytelling to create content that attracts high-intent traffic and converts it into qualified pipeline across organic search, AI-powered experiences, and every stage of the funnel.

About the Role
  • Create high-performance, product-aligned SaaS content built to attract, educate, and convert decision-makers in HR, PeopleOps, and CHRO orgs.
  • Plan and write SEO-driven, funnel-aligned content: blog posts, landing pages, guides, and thought leadership assets.
  • Craft clear, compelling narratives across product use cases, comparisons, solutions, and integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience writing for B2B SaaS, ideally in HRTech, PeopleOps, or MarTech domains.
  • A track record of creating SEO-driven content that ranks, generates pipeline, and influences buying decisions.
  • Deep understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals: keyword targeting, SERP analysis, content hierarchy.
  • Search intent mapping across the full SaaS funnel from awareness to conversion.
  • AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): writing for featured snippets, AI Overviews, and LLMs.
