Business Development Associate

Overview
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client interactions, coordinating product/service presentations, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial contact to conversion. This role requires strong communication, active follow-up, and a result-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through online research, calls, networking, and referrals
- Qualify leads based on business needs and readiness
- Maintain and update lead databases/CRM
2. Client Outreach & Communication
- Conduct cold calls, follow-up calls, and email outreach
- Present product/service details to prospects and handle queries
- Schedule meetings, demos, or site visits/tours (if applicable)
3. Sales Support & Coordination
- Support the sales team in closing deals
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, product) for smooth client experience
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documents
4. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Ensure timely follow-ups and nurture leads
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Track daily/weekly sales activities
- Prepare performance reports and pipeline updates
- Maintain accurate records on CRM tools
Key Skills Required
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities
- Good research and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
- Ability to multitask and handle client objections
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers welcome)
- Experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or client coordination is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹5, ₹10,000.00 per month
