About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Freelance HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recruiters with staffing agency or consulting experience who can independently source, screen, and close candidates across various industries and geographies (India, UAE, UK, US, Singapore, etc.).

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment: from client coordination, sourcing, and screening to offer closure. This role offers complete flexibility and an uncapped earning potential, making it a great fit for ambitious recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.), ATS, and social media platforms.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients (startups and enterprises) to generate new mandates.
  • Understand client hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates within deadlines.
  • Manage candidate pipelines using ATS and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.
  • Generate consistent closures to achieve revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in a staffing/recruitment agency (minimum 1–2 years).
  • Strong expertise in sourcing candidates from multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, databases, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems and recruitment CRMs.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English).
  • Ability to manage multiple mandates across geographies.
  • Tech-savvy, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must own a laptop/PC and reliable internet connection.
  • MBA in HR preferred, but not mandatory.
