Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for a Customer Relationship Executive. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, overseeing project progress, addressing client concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The executive will be expected to build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure ongoing and future business opportunities.

  • Experience in client management and relationship building
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns promptly
  • Coordination and teamwork skills to manage projects and collaborate with internal teams
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in the design or marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
